Controls & Standard Options

OPTIMUM Fan Coil Units are provided with four control options to best suit your needs:

Option 1: We can supply the FCU controls c/w a controller that has BACnet MS/TP compatibility for integration to the Building Management System.

Option 2: We can factory fit your free-issue FCU controls within our proprietary controls enclosure.

Option 3: Our Fan Coil Units are provided with space within the controls enclosure for site-fitting of the FCU controls by others.

Option 4: Our Fan Coil Units are provided for standalone operation via our range of room mounted controls.

Q-nis can provide energy and cost efficient modular Pressure Independent Controls Valves (PICV) factory fitted to your Fan Coil Units or fit your free-issued valves. Alternatively they can be supplied and installed on-site by others.

Choose from a selection of wall mounted room controllers with LCD display. Within the local area the user can select different settings from air temperature, humidity, CO2 etc.

Factory fitted condensate pumps can be installed on Fan Coil Units where drainage through gravity is not possible.
