The Module is constructed from three key products – Louvre, Damper, Mesh.
Each product is constructed from the highest grade materials and production methods.
LDM Module includes the following-
- Fully insulated Damper c/w 50mm insulation on all EXPOSED surfaces
- Casing made of high grade 3mm Aluminium 6066-T6 suitable for C4 environment.
- Opposed Blade type- Air-tightness class 4 (casing class C) according to DIN EN 1751 and DIN 1946 T4
- Parallel Blade type Air-tightness class 2 (casing class C) according to DIN EN 1751 and DIN 1946 T4
- Insulated Blades c/w polyurethane injection
- Blades c/w rubber seal
- Teflon side seals to achieve air tightness classification
- Stainless steel coupling system
- Stainless steel spindle -Square and solid
- SELOIL Self-lubricating sintered Bearings
- Couplings encased and insulated for protection
- Couplings area access panel provided for maintenance
- Temperature-resistant from -30°C to +80°C
- Includes all brackets, channels and screws required for assembly
- Vertical Louvre suitable for Intake and Relief air
- Class A1 Rain resistance up to 3.5m/s in accordance with BS EN 13030:2001
