The LDM range comprises of three unique modules to cater for your specific requirements.

The Louvre, Damper and Mesh Module is fully tested and certified in accordance to BS EN 13030:2001.

LDM Module

The LDM Module is an A1 rated module that encompasses vertical louvre, Insulated Damper and stainless steel insect mesh system.

LDM Acoustic Module

The Acoustic Module has been tested in accordance to BS EN ISO 10140-2:2021 to confirm noise insertion losses. The LDM Acoustic Module can reduce breakout noise from the data halls by up to 15dB!

LDM Security Module

The Security Module has been designed to include heavy Security mesh (13mm x 13mm x 3mm). The complete module has been tested to BS EN 13030:2001 and achieves A1 rating.

LDM Module includes the following-

  • Fully insulated Damper c/w 50mm insulation on all EXPOSED surfaces
  • Casing made of 3mm high grade ALU AIMg3(5754)
  • Blades made high grade ALU 6060-T66 extruded
  • Opposed Blade type- Air-tightness class 4 (casing class C) according to DIN EN 1751 and DIN 1946 T4
  • Parallel Blade type Air-tightness class 2 (casing class C) according to DIN EN 1751 and DIN 1946 T4
  • Insulated Blades c/w polyurethane injection
  • Blades c/w rubber seal
  • Teflon side seals to achieve air tightness classification
  • Stainless steel coupling system
  • Stainless steel spindle -Square and solid
  • SELOIL Self-lubricating sintered Bearings
  • Couplings encased and insulated for protection
  • Couplings area access panel provided for maintenance
  • Temperature-resistant from -30°C to +80°C
  • Includes all brackets, channels and screws required for assembly
  • Vertical Louvre suitable for Intake and Relief air
  • Class A1 Rain resistance up to 3.5m/s in accordance with BS EN 13030:2001
  • Coefficient Performance- Mean 0.455Ce/0.433Cd
