On this project we designed and manufactured a bespoke grille that integrated a high induction linear drum diffuser into a ceiling tile. We worked with the consultant, mechanical contractor and the ceiling tile company and manufactured an ‘all in one ceiling tile / grille product’. With our partners Grada in Belgium we designed and manufactured to match the ceiling tile measurements and also procured the powder coat paint from the same batch so as to have an exact match. This solution removed the risk of the ceiling installer damaging grilles and the grille installer damaging ceiling tiles. It also allowed for a quick and efficient installation process. In total we supplied over 5,000 grilles to the project. We also supplied the attenuators, motorised smoke dampers and all fans and twin toilet fans.
